Q. I don"t have a credit card. May I still place an order?
A. Yes! There are two ways:
1. Do You Have A Debit Card? We accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo on them!
2. You Can Order By E-Mail. Just send an e-mail to info@crown-of-thorns.com with the following details!

e. Zip Code, Address and Country/State you want the item(s) shipped to
f. List the items you are interested in
When we receive your e-mail, we will call or email you with the total price of your order including shipping to your door, and provide you with the address to mail your check or money order (in US Dollars).

Q. I did not receive an email confirmation when I placed my order - why?
A. There are two reasons you would not receive an email confirmation after ordering. You either did not enter your email address on the order form, or you accidentally typed your email address wrong on the order form.
If you would like a receipt for your order, please email us your request and include your name, address, date you ordered, and items you ordered. We will email you your receipt!
Q. How do I check the status of my order?
A. Please be aware of the following before contacting Crown of Thorns
All items are shipped via Regular Parcel Post or via EMS (Express Mail Service), which you choose when completing your order. Shipment through Regular Parcel Post will take 2-3 weeks, shipment through EMS will take 4-5 days. Sometimes you have to allow a few more business days for your order to arrive to you.
. Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on different days. Do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box!
For the fastest way to check the status of your order:

Q. How Do I Return an Item For Credit or Replacement?
A. The fastest way is by email. Simply Email Us to info@crown-of-thorns.com the following information:
1. Your full name, address & phone number
2. The name and address the merchandise was shipped to
3. The item(s) you wish to return/exchange and the reason(s) for the return/exchange.
You can also call +972-3-6885422 and leave a message. We will call you back with instructions for returning/exchanging your item(s) within 24-48 hours.
WARNING: DO NOT just return an item without doing one of the above! We need to give you the correct address to return your item(s) to!
We will contact you within 24-48 hours by phone or email and give you the proper instructions and the correct address where to send your return!
